Most companies tried one of three approaches and gave up after a month. Each has the same flaw: a person does the work a machine should do, and a machine does the work a person should do.
Colldly is not "another bulk email tool". It is the whole acquisition chain in one system. You set who you target and what you offer. The rest runs by itself, every day, even when your calendar is full.
Cold email is not hard. It is tedious: find companies, verify emails, read something about each one, write, send, track, follow up. This is the whole chain Colldly runs for you. You decide who to target and what to offer.
It is not one feature with a nice name. It is 76 concrete things the app does, grouped into six areas. These are the ones that decide the result.
Colldly searches Google Maps, business directories and company websites across Europe. One query ("joineries in the Lyon region") becomes a list with website, phone, email and a description of what the company does. Every address is verified before you contact it.
Describe once what you sell and to whom. For every company the AI then reads its website and writes a short email to the point: one fact, one problem, one question. You set the tone, length and language and check the preview before anything is sent.
The best email is useless in spam. Colldly warms up mailboxes, rotates them, keeps daily limits and sends at a human pace during the recipient's working hours. The SPF, DKIM and DMARC check tells you exactly what to add at your domain provider.
Most replies come to the second and third email, not the first. Colldly schedules them after 3, 7 and 14 days, each with a new argument, in the same thread. A reply stops the sequence immediately, so nobody gets a reminder after they have already answered.
Five mailboxes and three campaigns mean replies scattered across webmails. Unibox collects them into one view, pairs them with the campaign and the AI marks where there is interest, a question or a refusal. You reply from the app, from the same mailbox, in the same thread.
Point Autopilot at a lead list, a Google Maps search or a CSV import, and set a daily cap. Every day it takes the next portion, enriches the companies, verifies their emails, writes to them and sends. The credit guard and deliverability alerts speak up before anything breaks. You only deal with the replies.
Eight areas, one account, one price. Every item is a real feature in the application, nothing here is made up.
Click through the screens. This is exactly what working with campaigns looks like.
Performance of all campaigns on one screen: companies contacted, open rate, replies and trends.
Anyone running cold email on a typical stack pays separately for data, AI copy, warm-up and sending, usually per seat. In Colldly it is one account with one price, from 19 EUR a month.
We do not want you to trust us. We want you to try it and decide based on the replies in your inbox.
A freelancer needs three leads a month, an agency runs thirty campaigns for clients. Colldly handles both. See what it looks like for you.
Sending, warm-up, reply collection and generation run in the background non-stop. The numbers in the frame are real, from the whole platform.
An agency will run a cold email campaign for 500 to 2,000 EUR a month. Colldly gives you the same tools for 19 to 89 EUR a month and full control.
Colldly is built so that your campaigns, contacts and company data are processed securely, transparently and under your control.
Colldly started in Kosice, Slovakia, as an internal tool for winning clients for our own agency. The usual tools did not know our market, the AI wrote clumsy copy in our language and we paid four different services for data, copy, warm-up and sending.
So we built our own chain: from company data through copy that sounds human to one inbox for replies. When it started bringing in deals, we opened it to other companies. Every number on this page comes from real operation.
