Note: for the business contacts that the User searches for and contacts within their own campaigns, the Provider acts as a processor and the User as the controller; such processing is governed by a data processing agreement and the User's instructions.

As a rule we do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA. Where we use tools based outside the EU (e.g. Stripe, Google, Microsoft, PostHog), protection is ensured by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object and the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
We handle requests within 30 days; in justified cases we may extend this period by a further 60 days.
We protect data with encryption (HTTPS, encrypted mailbox credentials), backups, restricted access for authorised persons and internal security measures.
