Most people rewrite the email when replies are zero. But if the email never reached the inbox, a rewrite does not help. The diagnosis goes top down: did the email reach people, did they open it, were they the right people, did the email ask for the right thing.
The list is bad. Stop the campaign, have every address verified, remove bounces and ramp up more slowly. Until bounces drop, nothing else is worth fixing.
Emails are landing in spam or the subject line did not work. Check SPF, DKIM, DMARC and mailbox scores under Deliverability. If those are fine, the problem is the subject line: run an A/B test.
People read the emails but do not reply: the target group or the offer does not fit. Look at five companies from the list: do they need what you offer, right now? If not, a new lead list. If yes, the offer in the first email is not clear.
A share of "no" above 70% means you are reaching the right people with the wrong offer or the wrong tone. Read ten refusals in Unibox; the reason is usually written there.
The problem is after the email: reply speed, the next step, the price. Answer interested replies within an hour and propose a concrete slot, not "whenever suits you".
If the numbers fit (bounce under 3%, opens above 35%, replies above 3%, interest above 30% of replies) the campaign works and needs scaling: more mailboxes, Autopilot, a bigger list.
